The Las Vegas Review-Journal interviewed Vegas Video Network founder Scott Whitney for another article in their newspaper. Found on both their print and online editions, the interview was conducted by former Top of the Food Chain host Al Mancini for the RJ’s Vegas Voices feature.

Found on the front page of today’s LIFE section (8/29/17), the article covers Scott’s thoughts on a variety of topics, including:

  • the current state of podcasting,
  • biggest complaints we hear from our Living in Las Vegas audience,
  • Las Vegas headliners and their visibility to tourists,

Vegas Video Network Reaches 1,000 LIVE Broadcasts

We were excited to see Michael Lyle’s Las Vegas Review-Journal article, “Spreading the news and views – Podcasts offer another medium for telling people about Las Vegas”, on the front page of this past Sunday’s LIFE section (1/10/16).

The article opened with a story about Scott Whitney’s 2005 Halloween costume – he dressed as a “podcast” – and continued with quite a bit of information about the Living in Las Vegas podcast, along with several other podcasts about Las Vegas (Downtown Podcast, Five Hundy by Midnight, and Vegas Fanboy).

Living in Las Vegas Returns to KSHP

KSHPBrett Grant, Managing Owner of KSHP (AM 1400) and co-host of the Living in Las Vegas Podcast, announced on episode 207 that Living in Las Vegas will return to the KSHP airwaves.

Each week’s LiLV episode is recorded and streamed LIVE from the Vegas Video Network website in front of a world-wide audience on Tuesdays at 8PM PDT. The audio version (which will be an FCC-cleaned up version), will be broadcast on KSHP on Fridays at 6PM, starting this Friday, March 27th, 2015.

With this announcement, Living in Las Vegas will be available on the three-screens (television, desktop, smartphone) PLUS terrestrial radio.
