Cocktail(s) of the Week:
Fog Cutter
1½ ounce light rum
½ gin
½ brandy
1 ounce orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1½ teaspoon orgeat syrup
1 teaspoon sweet sherry
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an iced-filled tall Tiki mug or Collins glass. Top with a teaspoon of sweet sherry and feel foxy!.
Flambeau
2 oz of captain morgan’s spiced rum
1 oz of grand marnier (or other orange liqueur)
1 oz of chambord raspberry liqueurPour over ice, shake and strain then place in martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon and lime. a touch of grand marnier is placed at the end to allow the drink to be lighted and then immediately served.
Harvey Wallbanger
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano
4 oz Orange juicePour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano on top and serve.
Prickly Pear Margarita
1.5 oz Tequila
.5 oz triple sec
4 oz Prickly Pear juiceAdd ingredients shake and serve in a collins glass over ice!
Dark & Snappy
1 part SNAP
1 part Rum
4 parts ginger beer
lime wedgePour SNAP and Sailor Jerry over ice into a highball glass. Add ginger beer and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
