We cannot control when iTunes checks our feed. If you want the fastest possible way to update iTunes (which has apparently removed their “ping” function), load this URL into iTunes. . .it’ll update immediately:

With any rss feed that includes an enclosure (like a podcast/web tv show), replacing http with itpc will auto-launch in iTunes and auto subscribe.
That was good feedback last week Barry. That is why we moved it to 11am and picked 2 evening games. I think it was up on the website within an hour after the show was over.
My apologies though I still contend that you’ll get better viewership if you pick the next day’s games and get a day and a half of shelf life versus half a day. Some people just update their iTunes once in the morning.
