Back in the early 2000’s, the real estate investment market in Las Vegas was on fire. It wasn’t unheard of to find an investor buying three or four houses in one neighborhood with the hopes of quickly flipping the property for a profit.
But what about in 2011?
In this episode of Getting REAL, Bridget talks about the four questions you must answer before jumping into the real estate investment waters. Show notes:

Is investing in real estate in Las Vegas now a good Idea?
Actually thinking about relocating to Las Vegas and making a cash offer for a house.
Hi Bill!
Whether it’s a good idea entirely depends on you and your goals. Personally, I think we have to be close to putting in a bottom on prices, but that’s opinion! Cash is absolutely a great way to buy right now. Sellers prefer cash because there will be no complications from your mortgage company. It makes for a faster close.
